  2. Heritage:

Derived from the "Changchun Wine" formula in the ancient Luzhutang Jingyan Fang (Experiential Formulas of the Luzhu Hall). It is a classic TCM tonic wine passed down for over a century in the Chaoshan region. Its core principle focuses on simultaneously nourishing the Liver and Kidneys, balancing Qi and Blood, and fortifying the Spleen foundation.

II. TCM Benefits

  1. Nourishes Liver & Kidney, Strengthens Bones: Alleviates lower back pain, leg weakness, rheumatic joint soreness, and stiffness due to deficiency in the Liver and Kidneys.

  2. Boosts Qi & Blood, Restores Vitality: Addresses fatigue, shortness of breath, low spirits, dizziness, and cold limbs caused by insufficient Qi and Blood; ideal for those exhausted by work.

  3. Calms Spirit & Improves Sleep: Utilizes Polygala, Biota Seed, and Acorus to soothe the heart and mind, relieving insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, palpitations, and forgetfulness.

  4. Strengthens Spleen & Dispels Dampness: Uses Poria and Yam to boost digestive health while the wine moves Qi and Blood. Perfect for the humid Chaoshan climate to eliminate internal dampness and improve appetite/lassitude.

  5. Anti-Fatigue & Recovery: Traditionally used for post-illness recovery and daily elderly care. It provides balanced Yin-Yang tonification—warming without causing excessive heat.

III. Usage

Take twice daily, 15–25ml per serving, after meals. Sip slowly; avoid gulping.

IV. Contraindications

Do not consume if you have Yin deficiency with excess fire (e.g., dry mouth, frequent thirst, night sweats), unstable hypertension, liver disease, gout, or if pregnant/underage. Discontinue use during colds or fever.

V. Regional Significance

A century-old staple among Chaoshan natives and Southeast Asian Chinese diaspora. Known for its mild nature and ability to warm meridians, it is highly recommended for sedentary individuals and martial arts practitioners as part of a daily wellness routine.
